Barrington Hibbert Associates makes history with the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants

Barrington Hibbert Associates has become the first Black owned European business to become a member of The Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC), the global professional association representing excellence in Executive Search and Leadership Consulting.

BHA’s acceptance into AESC was confirmed following a rigorous vetting process which involved various interview with clients, reviewing internal BHA processes and exploring financial and accounts. The vetting process is designed to ensure and uphold quality standards and alignment with the AESC Code of Professional Practice.

Founded in 1959, AESC is committed to setting the quality standard for Executive Search and Leadership Consulting for the benefit of clients and the wider profession. Representing over 16,000 professionals in over 70 countries, members range from large global businesses to boutique firms, who specialise in placing board and C-suite positions for global firms.
